Chairman

DG brings over 30 years of experience building, scaling, and acquiring businesses across various industries, including travel management, technology, manufacturing, publishing, and professional services. As Chairman, he provides strategic oversight and long-term vision, helping guide Gant Travel’s evolution with a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, and stewardship. DG also serves as Chair of The Navigators’ U.S. Board of Directors.

Patrick Linnihan

President & CEO

Patrick leads the company with a sincere vision of trying to create a great place where great people want to work, and customers always want to hire us. Recognized in the industry as an innovator, and thoughtful and friendly leader who is true to the values of Gant, he consistently develops superior team members and service processes that agents and customers reward with long working relationships. Outside of work, Patrick holds a passion for his family, reading, outdoor adventures, and big ideas.

Victor (Vic) Pynn

COO

Vic brings more than 25 years of experience across travel, technology, and finance, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence. As COO, he leads operations and helps translate Gant’s strategy into high-performing systems and processes. With prior experience as a CEO of Vindow, Inc. and co-founder of an AI/ML startup, Vic plays a key role in advancing Gant Travel’s technology capabilities and data-driven decision making.

Chad Seybold

SVP Strategic Partnerships

Chad leads Gant’s strategic partnerships with a focus on expansion through technology, supplier relationships, and innovative commercial models. With decades of experience spanning travel, finance, and enterprise sales, he works to deliver integrated, forward-looking solutions for customers. Chad’s background as both a business owner and sales leader informs his results-oriented approach to growth and collaboration.

Penny Spangler

VP Client Services

Over her 30+ years of experience in the travel industry, Penny has undertaken a variety of positions. Presently, at Gant Travel, she is responsible for overseeing the Client Services and Gant Travel Solutions department. Penny is enthusiastic about exploring prospects for technological advancement within the travel ecosystem. Her contribution was pivotal in shaping Gant’s automated virtual card program, Gant Strategic Pay, which decreased 15,000 hours of manual labor in the first two years of implementation. Prior to her tenure at Gant, Penny served at Cornerstone Information Systems and American Express.

Phil Hoskins

VP Sales

Phil leads the Gant sales team with a strong emphasis on team development and value-based selling. His career in sales leadership has been shaped by building and leading high-performing teams in fast-moving environments. At Gant, Phil works with organizations to modernize their travel programs, helping them navigate today’s landscape through tailored solutions that align with their goals and long-term growth.
